Terms & conditions

1. All valet services provided by AJ’s Services Limited ("AJ’s Services”) are subject to these terms and conditions. If you book or use any of AJ Services you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Any variation(s) to these terms and conditions will only apply where that variation has been expressly agreed in writing AJ’s Services.
   
   
2. AJ’s Services will use all reasonable endeavours to complete the valet services by the time and day it has stated. Sometimes it may be necessary to make changes but AJ’s Services will seek to contact you and arrange for the services to be completed on the soonest available subsequent day.
   
   
3. AJ’s Service requires 24 hours notice to cancel any booking. AJ’s Services reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of $45 (plus GST) if you fail to provide 24 hours notice to cancel any booking. You will pay AJ’s Services at the price set out in it price list  or estimate provided by AJ’s Services to you. AJ’s Services reserve the right to take a debit or credit card details to secure the booking.
   
   
4. AJ’s Services reserves the right to amend the price should the actual valet services required differ to those upon which the original price was based. AJ’s Services will seek to contact you and agree on the price. Where AJ’s Services is unable to contact you AJ’s Services is entitled to a reasonable price for the variation.
   
   
5. You shall pay AJ’s Services in full before the return of your vehicle keys.
   
   
6. You must disclose to AJ’s Services all defects, damage, or weakness in your vehicle (including but not limited to old or non original paintwork), known or suspected by you, which may be affected by the valet services, prior to AJ’s Services commencing any work.
   
   
7. AJ’s Services will use all reasonable endeavours to take care of your vehicle while it is in AJ’s Services’ possession. If AJ’s Services causes actual physical damage to your vehicle resulting from its’ negligence, AJ’s Services will, at its option either fix the damage or pay reasonable compensation for such damage. However, AJ’s Services is not be liable for: 
1. any damage and/or loss to you or your vehicle resulting from acts of third parties; ; 
2. consequential loss to you or your vehicle; 
3. loss or damage to you or your vehicle attributable to defects, damage or weakness in your vehicle which were not disclosed to us by you (irrespective of weather such defects were known to you).
   
   
8. Any complaints/disputes arising out of AJ’s Services must to reported to  AJ’s Services at the time of collection of the vehicle. If you do not report any complaint/dispute to AJ’s Services at the time of collection of the vehicle you will be deemed to accepted that the vehicle is in good condition. 
   
   
9. You should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their vehicle prior to the valet service. AJ’s Services will not accept liability for any loss or damage to personal belongings left in a vehicle whilst it is being valeted.
   
   
10. The insurance of your vehicle and its contents is your responsibility at all times. AJ’s Service does not undertake to insure your vehicle against loss while it is in AJ’s Services’ possession. Due to health and safety child seats must be refitted by you.
    
    
11. You confirm that you have a spare set of keys for the vehicle and that we shall not be liable for loss or damage caused to you or the vehicle by AJ’s Services losing the keys or locking them in the vehicle.
    
    
12. AJ’s Services warrants that any services provided by it will be rendered with due care and skill. AJ’s Services makes no other express warranties in relation to the services it provides. All other warranties, representations and conditions relating to the services are to the maximum extent permitted by law expressly excluded.
    
    
13. If any of AJ’s Services are acquired by you for business purposes, the obligations implied by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are expressly excluded from these terms and conditions to the fullest extent permitted by the Act.
    
    
14. These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and AJ’s Services and it is expressly agreed that there are no other understandings, representations or warranties of any kind (express or implied) forming part of the terms and conditions. 
    
    
15. This agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand and any dispute under it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of New Zealand.
    
    
16. You acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions.
